Processing Time

• Our shipping associates are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders received on weekdays will be processed within 24 hours.
• We do not ship on weekends. Please take that into account when placing your order.
• Once your order has been placed online, you are unable to go back and edit the item's size, color, length, etc. If you need to adjust the items on your order, please contact the mail order team by phone at 1 (406) 271-2629 or email at cservice@irvinetackusa.com.
• Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the online order. If you notice after placing your order that the address is wrong, please contact the mail order team by phone at 1 (406) 271-2629 or email at cservice@irvinetackusa.com.
• If the order is placed with Express shipping, the processing time will still be 24 hours, depending on when the order is placed. Express shipping orders placed on weekends will not be filled until the following Monday.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Selecting Express shipping does not eliminate order processing time.

Stock Availability

Sometimes, we can run out of a product that has already been purchased online as we pull from the stock on the sales floor. When this occurs, we will send you an email or text message notification stating which items are out of stock, giving you the option to change them for another product or cancel those products. If there is no response, we will automatically mail out the products we have and cancel the out-of-stock products.

Shipping Pricing

Flat-rate and free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are excluded.

Freight Quote Required

A freight quote may be required for products that are unusually large, heavy, awkwardly shaped, or otherwise unsuitable for standard parcel shipping.

Products over 30 lbs may require a freight quote.

Large-quantity orders that result in unusually large, heavy, or multiple-package shipments may also require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Shipping Exclusions

The above shipping terms exclude:

• Clearance and discounted items
• Farrier Supplies
• Farm, Ranch and Arena Equipment (items such as gates, chutes, panels, stalls, feeders & groomers)
• Feed

Flat-rate and free shipping may also be excluded when the quantity, combined weight, dimensions, or packaging requirements of an order make standard parcel shipping impractical.

Glassware

Important note about glassware: Irvine’s will NOT be responsible for glass items broken in shipping. While we will do our best to package your purchase securely, glass items are shipped at your own risk. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all glass items be picked up in-store.

Shipping Companies

Irvine Saddlery USA ships orders using USPS and other parcel carriers. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service based on the destination, package size, weight, service availability, and shipping requirements of the order.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If your order requires a carrier that cannot deliver to the address provided, we may contact you for a physical shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

We offer Route package protection at checkout for online orders. If Route package protection is purchased and an eligible shipping issue occurs, please contact Route to initiate your claim.

Orders to be Shipped Outside of USA

Shipping on all orders to Canada or overseas destinations is at the customer's expense.
